Once your return request has been approved, please package the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase where possible.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

SECTION 3 - RETURN SHIPPING

In some cases, return shipping may be free of charge.

If the return is not the result of an error on the part of Britaingopride, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us, and we will review the issue accordingly.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return or refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund or exchange to be processed.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
