General Questions

What is the status of my order? 
After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. If available, tracking information will also be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Can I change my order? 
We may be able to help update your order before it has been processed for shipping. Once your order is being prepared, shipped, or delivered, we are generally unable to make further changes.

What payment methods do you accept? 
We currently accept the following main payment methods:

Britaingopride uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, customers may also be able to use major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, depending on availability.

Which currency will I be charged in? 
All orders on our website are charged in GBP (£).

If your bank card is issued in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate and any additional fees.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment options? 
Installment payment options may be available at checkout depending on your payment method and eligibility. If such an option is available for your order, it will be shown during checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship? 
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania.

How long does it take to ship my order? 
Orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days. Estimated shipping time generally depends on the destination, shipping carrier, and local delivery conditions.

How can I track my package? 
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information, where available.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives? 
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt another delivery, leave instructions for redelivery, or ask you to collect your package from a local collection point or post office. This may vary depending on your location and the delivery service used.

Returns

Do you accept returns? 
Yes, we accept returns under certain conditions. To be eligible, the item must have been purchased from our online store, must be unused, and the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item? 
Yes, exchanges may be accepted under the same conditions as returns. If you would like an exchange, please let us know when contacting our customer support team.

Are returns free? 
Return shipping may be free in some cases. If the return is not due to an error on the part of Britaingopride, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Please contact us first to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

How long does it take to process a return? 
Returns are usually reviewed within 14 days after the returned package is received. Once your return is approved, the refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
